Five tools,
one quiet desktop app.
Cadre walks the entire arc — from the first resume to the last conversation — without a single record leaving your machine.
Scroll →Local-first HR intelligence
Cadre reads resumes, drafts interview questions, builds your forms, and pressure-tests a termination — entirely on your computer. Nothing leaves the building.
02 — The problem
Resumes. Employee files. Disciplinary notes. Salaries. Every cloud ATS and HR suite keeps them on servers you don't control, behind a login you don't own. Cadre takes the opposite bet — and keeps it all on your desk.
0 bytes of PII leave the frame.
03 — Private by architecture
Resumes, employee files, and policy docs sit in a local SQLite database on your computer. No account, no server, no sync.
When Cadre needs Claude, it sends the specific blind-screened excerpt — never the file, never the name, never the whole record.
No telemetry, no analytics, no background uploads. The only outbound call is the one you trigger, to the API key you control.
04 — Bias-aware by default
Before a resume is analyzed, Cadre blind-screens it — name, email, phone, and graduation year are stripped, and the model is told to ignore protected-class signals. And it never hands back a grade. Just the gaps worth a real conversation.
05 — The whole hire-to-exit loop
05 / tools
Cadre walks the entire arc — from the first resume to the last conversation — without a single record leaving your machine.
Scroll →See what's genuinely missing against the role — blind-screened, and deliberately score-free.
Capture what the hiring manager has seen work and fail, then generate questions that probe the real gaps.
Rank a shortlist by gap surface area, with the arithmetic shown — never an opaque AI score.
Describe a form in plain English; Cadre builds it, then reviews the filled copy for problems.
Map a situation onto your policy and the law. Always defers the final call to counsel.
06 — How it works
One installer. macOS or Windows. No account, no sign-up.
Paste it once in Settings. You pay Anthropic directly — Cadre adds no markup and never sees your data.
Drop in a job and a resume. Cadre does the analysis locally, on your machine.
Bring your own key. No subscription, no seats, no markup. Cadre is a tool you own — it talks to Anthropic with your key and nobody else's, and the bill is yours alone.
07 — Under the hood
Cadre is decision support, not legal advice. The termination advisor maps a situation onto your policy and the law and always defers the final call to a qualified employment attorney.
08 — Early access
The desktop app is in final build. Leave your email and we'll send the download the day it ships — nothing else.
